need a course content developer to provide me with content and source videos to create courses in the following areas: - Avoiding Racism in the workplace - Embracing Diversity in the workplace - Using a fire extinguisher in the workplace - Ergonomics in the workplace - Emotional Intelligence in the workplace - Conflict management in the workplace - Stress Management in the workplace - Understanding the Occupational Health and Safety Act for Managers (South Africa) - Understanding the Basic Conditions of Employment Act for Managers and Supervisors (South Africa) - Workplace Wellness -Effective Communication in the Workplace There must be enough content for me to create an online course that is approximately 30 minutes in duration for each one mentioned above (with the exception of the 'Acts' which will be 60 minutes in duration). You will need to divide each course into 'mini-modules' with a set of at least three learning outcomes/objectives per module. I will be taking the content and then converting these courses into e-learning format. I am looking for content with learning objectives included. The content must all relate back to a workplace scenario - in other words, the question needs to be answered "how will the workplace benefit by enabling the employee or employer to complete this course."
