it should have home rent buy + house goods buy sell options like .. 1. so on first page it should have around 10 options with their icon ..like Accommodation ,Household articles , electronics , vehicle , Car pooling, education , books, friendship,....so on top of these category we will have option/filter of post ad requirement... individual/broker/agent...... country/state/city/sectors.....there should be flexibility if if future we want to increase or decrease these category then we can do .... 2. above main category will have sub options ...buy /sell/rent /..... available/wanted....individual/broker/agent......country/state/city/sectors....so above category will have sub options and user will create/find his requirments. 3. user can create his profile on this site and can view his posted ads in his account... 4. There should not be limit of 1. no of users 2. no of ads Most important it should look very simple , site response should be less than 10 seconds on 512 kbps network speed...should be user friendly...
