3D Character Modelling and Texturing

We are looking for good and long term 3D Artist or Modeler with texture experience to work on our project. The model created will be used in our game. Also see the attached for sample model quality that we wanted. The projects are divided into: 1. New Character Modeling and Texture - Heroes and Allies - Armors set and weapons 2. Re-modeling and texturing - None Player Character (NPC) - Monsters and Enemies - Animals and other creatures The following is our project requirement: 1. You must be proficient in 3D Modeling and especially texturing. Choice of 3D Design Software is up to you but you must provide the final products in specified format (see no. 9) 2. No Rigging or Animation are required. We only need the Models and texturing. We would provide you with base model library for re-modeling. However you required to cut and redo the UV Mapping for texturing purposes - However if you are selected for the project, we may also award you with additional work (if the need arises) such as Rigging and Animation on separate accounts for the model that you have created for us 3. For the main character models, we require you to provide us with the art work (simple illustration) and for us to approve before creating the model. 4. There approximately around 100 plus base models with each model base texture may be 2 or more 5. For Heroes, Allies and NPCs, the model would be divided into 6 areas: Hair, Head (face), body (top), hand (i.e. gloves), legs, and boots and Male and Female set 6. Character Polygon: 10-15k max in total (complete set) for Heroes, Companions and NPC 7. Monster Character Polygon: Around 3 – 8k 8. Prominent Character (e.g. bosses) Polygon: 6-10k 9. Your models can be in OBJ, 3DS, dae format. Texture must be in PSD format. 10. Time frame for completion would be 60 days. Your work must be submitted stages by stages. 11. Artist must be willing and ready to sign NDA. We will claim full copyright ownership to the models and you would not be allow to used it on any other project or work that you have. You're welcomed to bid more than the budget if you feel your work is worth more but We are looking to build a long term relationship and we hope to work with more for project continuality. Therefore we want to see a good price from you and looking for long term relationship and prospect for full time contract in the future.
