Qualifications: Proven experience in mobile app development for both iOS and Android platforms. Portfolio of previous mobile app projects, preferably including news aggregator-style apps. Familiarity with push notification services and user data capture. Knowledge of app store submission processes. Timeline: We expect the project to be completed within 3 weeks.
