I have experience incorporating a driver for a KS0108 based GLCD for my company that displayed speed and state of charge of a portable electric bike. I need to know more about the display that you are planning to use and the purpose for which you want to write a driver. Is it for a development kit that you are trying to bring out as a product,or is it for a particular stand-alone application(which may not require a full-fledged display driver).Could you provide me with the part number/datasheet so that I can let you know if I could do the job for you within the promised time?
