A small company (5 employees) based in the UAE is looking for someone to help with VAT filing, including expense invoices entering and a P&L report for Q2'23. If experience is good, then I will require these services quarterly. 1) Volume of work for VAT filing: - around 200 sales invoices (all in Odoo ERP, can extract in pdf\excel) - around 180 purchase invoices (in PDF, scans). Submission of VAT file need to be done on or before July 26th to FTA. 2) For P&L report and books closing Need to enter: - HR payroll in Odoo for 5 employees, - purchase expenses - rental expenses - and 5 fixed assets purchases during Q2'23 for depreciation. HR costs and Rental costs will be provided for 3 months. Purchase expenses are in scans PDF. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Experience with VAT filing and P&L reporting - Knowledge of Odoo setup - Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
