3 Hours of Online Accounting Support

PROJECT TITLE: 3 Hours of Online Accounting Support PROJECT BACKGROUND I currently work for the Northern Territory Government in Australia. On Monday February 25th 2013 (from 6.00pm to 9.00pm local time) I need online Accounting Support for 3 hours. The area where I need accounting support is the area of Account Reconciliations. THE GOAL / DESIRED END POINT: To help Gary with a Reconciliation task for 3 hours on Monday February 25th, 2013 (from 6.00pm to 9.00pm local Darwin, NT, Australia time). THE TASK: To be online for 3 hours between 6.00pm and 9.00pm (local Darwin, NT, Australia time, Monday February 25th 2013) and provide Accounting Support in the area of Account Reconciliations, via either Yahoo Messenger or Google Chat – text messaging only – and email - to assist Gary in solving and completing a 3 hour Account Reconciliation task. THE OUTPUT REQUIRED: A mix of text messaging conversations on either Yahoo Messenger or Google Chat, and email correspondence, for 3 hours (from 6.00pm to 9.00pm – local Darwin, NT, Australia time, Monday February 25th, 2013), to help Gary provide the best possible response to a 3 hour Account Reconciliation Task. THE IDEAL PERSON A person with a background in doing Accounting Reconciliations. An accountant A person with experience and expertise at doing Accounting Reconciliations under time pressure. THE SKILLS SOUGHT Account Reconciliations Accountancy Ability to use Yahoo Messenger or Google Chat for text messaging Ability to use email THE DEADLINE This job needs to be carried out at a precise time, namely from 6.00pm to 9.00pm local Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia time, Monday February 25th, 2013. And the person needs to be available on email, and also on either Yahoo Messenger or Google Chat. There is no room for any extra time or to rearrange the times as this is a strictly timed test – and needs to be done during these 3 hours. SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS I won't know the contents of the Account Reconciliation Task until 6.00pm on Monday February 25th, 2013. All I know is that there will be 2 sets of data and that I need to look at the data and play around with the numbers, and that it is a Reconciliation task, and that I only have 3 hours to complete the task. I will email the freelancer at 6.00pm on Monday February 25th, 2013 with the data and full details of the task as soon as I receive it. I will then chat with the freelancer on either Yahoo Messenger or Google Talk, plus exchange emails, and together we can solve the task as best we can.
