Show a printout of the Excel setup of the linear programming problem. You need to hand in the “Answer” and “Sensitivity” output of Excel solver. 3. Comment on the results of your printout. Your comment should advise the factory on how many trucks and bicycles they need to produce and sell each day in order to maximise its profit. In particular, explain all aspects of the sensitivity output in the context of business process. part 2 Required: 1. Construct a network diagram for the project outlined above. 2. By conducting the forward pass, find the normal duration of this project. 3. By conducting the backward pass, find the critical path as well as the non-critical paths of this project. 4. Find the shortest possible duration for the whole project and calculate the cost at that shortest duration. 5. Explain all aspects of the project. You may need to state the activities that, if delayed, will not delay the project as a whole and those, if delayed, will end up delaying the project duration as a whole. You will need to state the costs involved to complete the project by making both considerations (normal and crashed).
