468486 Dreamweaver Instruction

This is a little bit different than my previous postings, so please read carefully - this is a very specific request. I have a project that was created in Dreamweaver. The product is a large, commercial website. I need to make several changes to the pages themselves, all content-type stuff (no javascript or anything like that, as I have that down pat). The problems that I am having are very simple. In one case, I want to move a header from one side of the page to the other and move an embedded YouTube video down to accomodate it and then format the entire page to make everything look organized. All the issues are with those sorts of changes. Here's what I need. (Please do not bid unless you meet ALL of the requirements) 1. Must speak very clear English and be able to speak to me via voice using either GTalk or Skype. 2. Be an expert level with Adobe Dreamweaver. 3. Be willing to use TeamViewer to log on to my computer and do the work while I watch you. 4. Be willing to talk me through how to do each step and show me what you are doing. 5. Charge me by the hour. It's only fair that you get paid for all of your time as it is used and not try to estimate something up front that really cannot be estimated. Partial hours will be rounded to 15 minute intervals (1/4 of an hour payment). 6. Be available sometime during the hours of 0600 and 2200 United States Eastern Standard Time (GMT-5). So, I'll set this project up so that it can be bid hourly. That's what I want to see - an hourly bid for this kind of work. The clock starts running when you log on to my computer and connect to me via voice and stops when the connections are broken. As we may have many sessions, the total payment will result in the total time spent cumulatively. If we go past one week (doubtful), then a partial payment will be made at the end of the first week and a follow on project created to continue. So in summary, you will remotely log on to my computer, make some changes to a web page, while I watch, and show me what you are doing.
