UV Unwrapping in Blender

I’m looking for help with a UV project with over 500 base meshes but each completed milestone will be for 25 base meshes meaning I will hire a few people, on this site and/or others. The meshes are for characters and include things like face, hair, body, clothes, shoes, etc. If you are interested in participating in the project, here are the specific needs and compensation terms. Project Needs & Expectations • I will provide 25 base meshes at a time through Blender. • You will need to individually save each base mesh with the model centered in the blender file, UVs unwrapped and optimized, and saved with a UV grid to confirm the quality. In order for a completed file to be accepted as complete, the UV grids will need to confirm that that the UVs are not distorted. • One hair style is 1 mesh, 1 face is one mesh, 1 body is one mesh, etc. • Upon completion, the completed project source files will need to be sent to me. Compensation Option 1 • I will pay you $125 for each set of 25 base meshes. • Once the project is complete and you sent me the Blender project files for each of the 25 base meshes, you are obligated to delete all original and edited versions of the files permanently. Compensation Option 2 • I will pay you $75 for each set of 25 base meshes. • I will provide licensing rights for you to use the completed projects and maintain a copy of all of the base meshes that you have completed for use in any of your projects. Your licensing rights will grant use rights to you, you will not have reselling rights and you will not be able to give copies to anyone, only use in your own projects. This means, you get to keep a copy of all of your completed work to use with any of your own projects and receive the $75 compensation for each set of 25 that you complete. I WILL ONLY RESPOND TO INQUIRIES THAT INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1) Tell me which of the 2-compensation option you want. 2) Confirm that you understand the terms of your selected compensation package. 3) Give me an estimated time to complete 25 base meshes. 4) Attach images that shows a UV Grid on a base mesh that you personally completed, front and back views (Attach the image(s), do not share through a link.). The UV Grid should show that the model is optimized.
