API/PHP plugin for WooCommerce user registration Australia Post ID verification in checkout flow

I need a plugin developed to implement Australia Post’s 1-Star Identity Verification digital ID integration into my WooCommerce checkout flow. Please review the attached document Digital iD -07… it provides a detailed technical overview of what is required. Also attached is [login to view URL] and [login to view URL], to give you an example. You can use passport number A1111111 with any combination in the other fields to get a successful validation. Additional resources for development: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Plugin should have backend settings for adding test client ID, and client secret, and API key box for production mode, similar to attached screendump “Stripe backend example” Sandbox credentials will be provided to the successful Freelancer I've attached a basic use case below, of how I think this might work on my site – if you have a different idea of how it might be more easily implemented, or better implemented I am open to changes. I've also attached a crude photoshop of how this might look – see ‘crude photoshop’ atttachment. I want to add a step between cart and checkout to force a non-registered user to register, and require them to complete Digital ID to do so. I am using a plugin "Custom User Registration Fields for WooCommerce" to provide the additional date of birth and ID field. I would prefer that I do not need an additional plugin to add these fields and that your provided solution adds them – subject to cost. If its not much more work I would prefer it. Non registered user attempts to proceed to checkout [login to view URL] Logged in user proceeds to checkout and skips this step. Non registered/non logged in user is redirected to [login to view URL] Registered user can login. Non-registered user can register. In 'register' section at top is 'Register with digital ID' button or similar. Below this button are fields 'first name', 'last name' 'street address' 'suburb 'postcode' 'date of birth' 'license or passport number' 'email'. All fields mandatory and all non user editable, except for email and phone number field. Likely want all fields hidden except for email and phone number field – but haven’t made that decision yet. If it’s not a lot of additional work it would be good to have checkbox in backend for admin to choose whether to display or hide the non editable user fields. When non registered user clicks 'register with digital ID' button there is Australia Post Digital ID popup or other solution, user goes through steps to verify identity. Once complete user is returned to [login to view URL] Australia Post data will not fill email address field or phone number field. These fields will need to be presented ideally at the top of all fields, and are mandatory editable fields to be filed out by customer. The fields below the button (all mandatory and all non user editable, possibly hidden) are now populated with all of the data passed back to Whybuy from Digital ID. User can now click register button.
