Batch file

I want a batch file or anyother script " Work on Windows " that will do the following i have this [login to view URL] upload application i need a batch or script that will do the following 1 - after each session ends the script will run 2 - copy file names + uploading links 3 - put them all in a txt file called [login to view URL] 4 - add the folder name which the file originally uploaded from before file and Links example : if the file was in the folder called " ANIME " then the batch will write the following in the [login to view URL] file [Anime] filename - link each link and file name will be in a separate line ex: [Anime] filename - link [Anime] filename - link [Anime] filename - link and save them to a certain location
