create simple html representation of a css template

Hello Knowledge of python is essential to do this work. I have a google app engine based script that uses a css framework (named blueprint). What I want is for you to create a single html file that uses each element defined in the css, so that if I change the CSS parameters then I can see the changes instantly in the html file which you create- your html file should use all elements listed in the css file and fill it with dummy text. Currently I have to reload the whole application if I make changes to the css. This way, I want an html file that directly uses all elements in the css. Simple work for a good css coder. The HTML template files are in folder named "templates" and the css files are in folder named "Stylesheets". I think all you have to do is replace the logical code(used in the html files) with some dummy text. But I am not knowing python that is why I am asking you to do this for me.
