We currently have an existing website that we are looking at making changes to. Need to keep same sort of format, however change/add tabs. We also need to prepare a PREZI video for emailing potential clients and a capability statement (hard copy) for when we introduce ourselves personally to people. We are prestige home builders. We target ourselves to : 1. existing home owners who are looking at building a brand new architecturaly designed homes. Empty Nesters looking to downsize, within a specific high socio demographic area 2. Architects with similar clients to the above 3. Real estate agents who can refer our company to a potential client, who has just bought a home with the intention of building and requiring a reliable, attentive and professional builder. Will provide logos, website reference, copyright/text, and photograpy etc. Also require some work to get higher google ranking, although we do tend to get on the first page under the following search : * Builder South Yarra
