Web pages for mobile devices

We have developed an app for iPhone and Android that after the log in, opens a web browser component that shows web content fetched from an existing web application. We need a freelancer to develop some nice and responsive mobile web pages to be displayed in the App. We're looking for a developer expert in jQuery/JQuery Mobile/Ajax/css. We'll need 8/9 pages to be designed plus popup divs with contextual menu and forms. We'll provide .png images of all the pages we need, along with the icons file and instructions on how the pages must interact with the user. So the layouts, colors and icons are already perfectly defined and you don't have to work on them. There is no server side development to do as we'll integrate the pages into an existing web app. So you only have to design the html/css and ajax using static page contents, exactly the same content present in our .png drafts, with layout and touch interaction optimized for mobile devices and web traffic minimization. During the development process we'll need to have remote access to the web pages in order to test and review them using mobile devices. Attached you can two draft of web pages we need.
