El Khan Project: • Ensure that prestashop is configured and operating smoothly on the domain, if not the freelance may need to get the compatible version and ensure that is well configured on the domain. • Developing and assist in overall design , all content will be provided on time and so no content will be required from the awarded freelancer, however the freelancer is required to review the content and freely assess (Google assessment on the content )and may recommend any actions that would ensure that the content is aligned with SEO schemes. • Ensure that the theme design is working properly and redesign the theme if required. • Ensure that the home page panels are configured and provide assistance with the design if required. • Develop and work on designing tasks related to all pages, and ensure that the home page menus are operational and to have the categories represented in the home page each through an Icon/logo representing each of the categories and-sub categories should be also presented as icon/logo representing each. • Ensuring that Prestashop is working in 5 languages, as most of the sellers will register in Arabic, however no translation will be required, and will be provided in time. • Ensure that all the customer setting are configured and subscription feature is operational • Have the chatting feature working, allowing communication between customers and admin. • Product and category configuration is required; however all requested information will be provided on time. • Ensure that shipping and packing is activated and working smoothly, and all shipping rates and calculations will be provided upon request from the freelancer. • Ensure that the payment gateway is functioning well and should be tested. • Test the portal by uploading and online registering 2 sellers with 5 items each, one seller will be added by the admin and the seller products will be managed and uploaded by admin and the other seller will be signed up online and uploaded the products through seller registration, and that will be in Arabic. Project Milestones: Development Milestones: - -finalize all development and design of the home page, including menus and panels design. ( 20% of the payment ) - Finalize all site development and design, including all features listed for the portal. ( 20% of the payment ) Testing Milestones: - Testing the registration of two sellers, one registered by the admin and have 5 products uploaded and the other seller to be registered online and have 5 products uploaded. Registration will be in Arabic so the languages feature needs to be operational. ( 30% of the payment ) - Testing the buying process, so a buyer will be registered and a sale will be done, so shipping and payment will be tested also. ( 30% of the payment )
