We are looking for someone who can setup webcalls in our current system, see more here [login to view URL] (mellem 0:10-0:30) Today our agents receive the calls in Bria and either transfers them (hard or soft) to the employee or leaves a mesage, we want to be able to do this in our new system. Our agents can be either online, and if they are not, then they must be able to choose between 6 different statuses, where they do not receive calls. Holiday, WC, Off work, Workrelated DND, Non-workrelated DND, break It must be registered which status the agent has, so that we can see a history of what their status has been in a given day/week/month. There is a deadline of 3 weeks, and if the project is not completed by then, we maintain the right to cancel the entire project.

Hello, I have gone through your requirements of implementing the webcall functionality in your current system. Having prior experience with VOIP software implementation I can ABSOLUTELY assist you with the required features: 1. where agents will be able to choose out of 6 statuses applying which respective actions will be taken. and user will be notified if any call comes during that time. 2. The web calling functionality will also include the following features: Caller ID Call waiting Call transfer Repeat dial 3. Apart from this, user's phone contact book will also be synced with the app so that user doesn't have to operate from his phone anymore.. Query: 1. would you like the system to send messages to the persons in the contact list?
