We need an long term virtual assistant who can follow up inquires and close a deal for us, we also expect he or she would some office work Working hours: part time base on need (average 30 hours per mth) 1Call back and follow up inquiries 2Service Agreement preparation 3Lease preparation 4Invoice preparation 5Record who paid rent and Rent following up 6Legal notices preparation 7Clients communication (update from site assistant) He or she must be able to speak fluent English and have experience in preparing documents on computer We are based in Ontario Canada, we expect candidates would be able to communicate with our clients during day time. we would prefer to pay monthly fee plus commission to the right person
