I am highly interested to apply for the Customer Support position.I possess four years of experience as a Reservations Agent / Guest Services Associate; plus 6 months of tenure as an Implementation Consultant in a Software company.
As an experienced corporate employee, I can provide a number of services for my clients like handling telephone inquiries, document preparation, maintaining files and record keeping. My expertise on a wide variety of computer programs allows me to be efficient on this role. I am a fast learner and love challenges as well. As a detail-oriented person, I take pride in completing assignments on time and with accuracy. I can type 60 words per minute and possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
