Create an animation of a photo

Hi, I am looking to have an animation made that I can include as part of a video that will be used on an augmented reality application. The animation will be edited into the video using Adobe Premiere. I do not have the skills to create the animation I need. Here is what I am doing ultimately with the video: I am planning to get a tattoo and have the tattoo act as the marker for the AR content. The tattoo will be the "Heart Grendade" logo from the band Green Day, and it will be on my right wrist. What I want to happen is to aim the phone at the tattoo of the heart grenade on my wrist, have the heart grenade start to pulse like a heart with a heart beat sound to match. The heart rate will increase for a few seconds until it explodes. Once the smoke clears, a video of my son playing on stage with Green Day in concert will be playing. So I am interested in having the heart grenade animated to pulse like a beating heart, have a pulse sound that matches the beat, have it increase in speed, then have it explode with some fire and smoke. The image that would be animated would be an actual photo, or the final artwork from the tattoo. It would be better if the animation had a transparent background. It would need to be in a format that could be edited into Adobe Premiere. Attached is the full logo to get a sense of what it looks like. The logo for the animation would not have the black background.
