Childbirth relaxation exercises

Exercises that serves the needs for pregnant mother during first stage of labor. I would like it to be as seperate video for each exercise. These exercises are ment to be for controlling and exercising abdomental and Pelvic muscles. Based on using Breathing and relaxationTechniques. Also, different position as needed. It targetes both pregnant mother and her companian during labor, such as husband, doula, family members. It is a set of 10 exercises techniques and 4 relaxation positions. That would be introduced to mothers. I would like it to be as videos that includes characters (pregnant mother, and husband). Insructions will be posted later with sample photo.
