Twilio SMS Manager -- 2

I would like to set up a phone number that will receive inbound SMS from my social media followers. These users want to ask me questions. The problem of course is that for me to answer their questions I typically need some background information, and doing this take a lot of time and effort. My goal is to welcome them, get a general idea of what their problem is, automatically ask a few questions one at a time, and ONLY when all of this information is answered would l like to reply to the ONE time. Here is my vision of how this would work. There should be a password protected webpage where I can manage this stuff. There should be (3) sections. i. Messenger This should look like a desktop iMessenger, or any kind of standard SMS system. If there is anything pre-written we can use to make this faster lets do that. This should look like your standard SMS messaging screen. Left hand column is narrow. The left hand column contains a list of all of the contacts & message previews, ordered by last. The preview includes - Name of the account that receives the message - Phone Number it was sent from - Note about the conversation - First 48 characters preview - how many Min, Hour ago the message was received The right hand column contains the message body text. There should be a lot of room, instead of just showing one message, perhaps we can divide this area into 8,12,18 mini windows so I can text all of them at the same time. Somewhere in the header i would like to be able to filter so that i can only see messages sent to a single number. ii. Number On this screen I would like to be able to generate a new number. A number will have two fields used for labeling so we know what the number is being used for. Those fields will be - Social Media Account Owner - Label For this number we would like to be able to apply AFK hours. If a user messages during AFK hours, the user will receive the AFK message, which will be configured on this screen. For this number we would like to be able to set which msg sequence will run on this number. iii. Msg Sequence We would like to be able to create "msg sequences" on this screen that will determine how these numbers will function. The first thing we should be able to do here is to create a “new Message Sequence’ We should be able to add messages. Messages should have an order, 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 etc Messages should trigger conditions Time delay - time before its possible for the message to reply Respone Required - only respond after the user has replied to previous message
