To rebuild the existing Archicad 20 model

To rebuild the existing Archicad 20 model (previous export from Revit) and change from 12 levels to 3 and half as follow: Ground floor level A - display cut at 1750 mm. Ground floor level B - display cut at 3700 mm. Frist floor - display cut at 6495 mm. Second floor - display cut at 10200 mm. The walls needs to be divided by materials accordingly; old stone walls different, new building walls different, claddings at the new building different, roof different, internal walls different, etc. All must be ready for placing in to Artlantis. Ready only, there is no need to do any dressing in shaders, textures and to do any visualisations. The stairs needs to be rebuild properly and be an editable Archicad 20 stairs, properly displayed with the break mark and display accordingly on relevant floor, above and below. Currently the windows are displaying incorrectly on each wall due to too many levels. After fixing and changing the model to 3 and half level the display should come back to normality, but you need to make sure it all displayed correctly and there is no multiply windows or doors on the same wall displayed also there is no bad corners and any other walls with bad connections. Many bad connections are caused by the reference line at the center of the walls instead on one side. It is requested to change the reference line of all walls, external and internal from central position to one side of the wall accordingly. The flying walls, walls not high enough or sticking below the slabs have to be fix in height and properly positioned in relation to the floor below and above. Building inside can be basic but cannot have any errors. In case of any doubt if the slabs or walls are correct, we have a full point cloud 3d model of the building in e57 format to compare and check any internal or external area of the building. We would like to have the model be dressed in details as per point cloud model and photos. Basically the building outside has to look the same as in reality. There is only about 9 elements to be build; front doors, niche with statue, 6 windows and chimney. Apart of other normal part of the building like gutters, soffit details with little stone brackets and other stone details, like the one horizontal at the window sill level. All of this are simple to build using standard archicad library. We have a full point cloud model of the building, so the elements can be easily cut from point cloud and convert in solidworks.
