Sourcing event attendees from European telco operators and digital content providers

I am looking for professionals with connections within European telco operators (mobile and cable - ie the likes of Vodafone, Three, BT, Orange, Virgin Media, Telefonics, Swisscom, Telenor, Tele2, Proximus, TIM etc) as well as digital content providers to telcos (the likes of Liberty Global), to help source relevant attendees to a series of telco meetings in October 2018 in european cities. This could be suitable if you work within a telco company and have existing contacts you work with or have direct access to, or if you are a well connected consultant or journalist with a contact book you can utilise.
