Power analysis using G. Power

Hi. This project is to calculate the post-hoc study power of a clinical study. Please note: it is NOT to calculate the sample size needed. We already completed the study with 25 patients, and would like to calculate the post-hoc study power. And we require the freelancer to use the G. Power software (attached in the uploaded files) to perform the calculation. My study is to examine the effectiveness of a medication in reducing the level of a biomarker in patients' blood. The level of this biomarker was tested before and after the patients took the medication. Therefore, for each patient, there is one "before" value and one "after" value. Totally, we have 25 patients, and their before and after values were recorded in the attached dataset. As aforementioned, I would like to know the study power of the before-and-after difference, based on these 25 patients. Of course, these data are matched (dependent) pairs and NOT independent samples (because they are the before-and-after values of the same patients). When you deliver me the results, you need to give me TWO things: (1) the study power given that the alpha value is set at 0.05; and (2) all the parameters (numbers) you input into the [login to view URL] software (show me the screenshot of your calculation process). Lastly, once again, I do NOT need you to estimate the sample size for me. Instead, I need the post hoc study power. My own statisticians appeared to be struggling understanding this very simple and straightforward instruction. So you must understand that I do NOT need you to calculate the sample size needed, and you must use the attached G. Power software to do this project. Thank you.
