Write a VoiceXML app and help us get it setup with a cloud hosting provider.

We are looking for an experienced VoiceXML developer that can help us create a relatively simple IVR application and help us select a hosting provider that can run the app on their servers. (in the cloud) The app allows gift cardholders to check their balance and there is also a feature that allows a merchant to redeem value from a card. The IVR will perform these functions by sending an http post to our web server. The http post will contain the particulars like card number and some other items retrieved from the caller. We will provide exact details on where to send the http post and what you will receive back from us, but it is all XML based so you will just be parsing the xml string that you get back and playing the information to the caller. (Not much really – just the balance and expiration date.) You will need to provide us with the source code upon completion of the project and we will also need your assistance and support in getting it setup with the hosting company. (Voicent is one possibility but we are open to your recommendations. The attached document shows the call flow, the prompts. Feel free to ask any questions you may have. We will provide details on the http post *after* we have awarded the project, but rest assured it is an API that has been in use for many years and it is very easy to work with.
