You would need to import the pymysql library and use configuration that I put in a separate file (host, username, etc.). I was doing things like that at University. Connecting to MySQL via Python is not hard. I can provide you few simple example and explain that.

What's do you mean SQL Server, usually we call SQL Server for MS SQL Server and pymysql is not for that. This library can't create connection to MS SQL Server.
