Facebook ad expert / Complete Registrations. Maintain target cost

I'm looking for someone who can help me to set up properly targeting ads for UK market only. The main task for our customers is to fill up the registration form on our landing page (4 questions and then they are redirected to another page to fill up the full form, but 4 questions already good for our business. We know our competitors, we have their text (ad copies) and photo samples. We know how many people are visiting their website and how many people filling up the registration forms a day. I've tried different tactics: 1. Broad Targeting for UK link clicks to get more traffic 2. Lookalike Audiences. From our pixel and competitors database 3. Targeting via interest and age limit 4. Created the post for post engagement in cheaper countries , retargeting afterwards for UK post engagement and changed the objective to complete registration with the same likes, comments etc. 5. Lowest Bid Strategy 6.
