Seo expert - two part payment oppportunity

Hi there, We are looking for a professional SEO Consultant with a track record of success. We are looking for someone with years of experience who is able to critically analyze a site and make suggestions and recommendations on how to improve the SEO of it. You will need to be someone who constantly keeps up to date with search engine news and changes to algorithms and how to combat them. I am not looking for link building packages or freelancers selling me links on social bookmarking sites. We are looking for a real SEO professional to work with on a continuous basis in order to come up with well thought out strategies and ideas on how to improve our overall SEO and search engine rankings. So i know your reading this project requirement correctly, please provide the following: 1. Methodology (white hat only) 2. Relevant experience and results (up to 3 only) 3.
