I own a boutique travel business. We help people find vacation rentals. When we make sales we earn commission and booking fee or if no commission offered by Property management company, then we only can charge a booking fee. I need to come up with a fair commission structure for new employees given i can't pay salary at this time. Looking for creative solutions. Seeking an EXPERIENCED SALES MANAGER to create a COMMISSION ONLY SALES STRUCTURE for my new Sales Team. I'd like it to be tiered so that as goals are met, percentages go up. I don't know what is reasonable given this is commission only job and I need guidance. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE CREATING SALES COMMISSION PLANS FOR MORE THAN ONE COMPANY!!! PLEASE INCLUDE PAST EXPERIENCE .
