Hello - I'm looking to hire an assistant for e-mail handling and resume submissions. This is a 4-part job. 1) You will research and collect job resumes for the medical field 2) You will send my cover letter and resume to each of the collected jobs 3) You will monitor incoming emails/voice messages and coordinate interviews with the clients 4) You will send me a daily work update with proof of resume submissions (I will be monitoring your daily work activity) MUST have previous administrative assistant experience. Must send a PDF resume. You will be working Monday-Friday for 3 hours each day. A total of 15 hours per week. Add the word "RESUMES" to the top of your response message so that I know you have read this entire message. If you do not, I will automatically delete your message for sending spam. Skills Required
