The objective of the plan is for targeting to obtain finance from banks or other financial institutions. The business model is to set up a shipping hub, logistics facility in the Island of Sao Tome and Principle. The country is strategically located with a great potential and endowed with conditions to be an important hub for the oil industry and for containers transport in the Guinea Gulf region. The purpose of the project is to enable the local population with jobs and thus improving the livelihood of people in this country The business model should include the following. 1. Summary 2. PESTEL model 3. Marco environment 4. Micro environment 5. Need for having a logistic hub (docking, storage and forwarding facility) 6. Favourable government policies for setting up store and forward shipping hub 7. Estimated cargo traffic (ships) 8. Cost comparison benefits of docking and forwarding from this location (compare with other ports popular in these region) 9. Connection routes, infrastructure plan, fleet, suppliers and customers, partners, competitors 10. Financial planning to support 13,000 jobs in 7 years from the time of incubation 11. Include necessary images and diagrams The total word count can be between 10,000 to 15,000 words.
