Hi! I've built a very similar backtesting tool for my Trading. I'm a trader and Python developer. We can use TA-Lib if you need to use technical indicators, then we can get historical data from different sources, FXCM, IB, Binance, Oanda. I'll build a Flask application with a nice Web UI to create your strategies, set your parameters and save backtesting results. Finally, we can use highcharts, or matplotlib for visualization.

I have already done code of this kind which works on python and uses share data from excels sheet or from online data interphase which is given by any share broker( its has been tested on zeroda and upstox indian share brokers interphase) Its runs on python IDLE no other software needed At present, this code doesn’t have any GUI interphase. I can create a GUI interphase as per your need
