I can work on milestones. 2) Which regression machine learning methods do you know and like to use? - I have used Linear and Logistic regression models (lm and glm). 3) Do you know to tune parameters of machine learning method? - Yes, I have tuned my models esp to achieve high accuracy and low out of sample errors. Also implemented parallel computing for multi-core processors. 4) Do you know to use cross validation and to create ensemble model from several models? - Yes, the first task to do is CV with training and testing sets. I have used ensemble models from various models and used it a lot while submitting Kaggle competitions, esp Boosting algorithm (gbm and xgboost).
