I need a chatbot that can take peoples answers and put them onto a form including signature and show them videos and documents. Take them through terms and conditions. It should be able to ask a string of questions and have options for the person to select or to type their own answers. We want to be able to help people who dont know their rights for personal injury claims in australia specifically NSW.
