4. automatically send a quote to the customer about the musician's availability confirmation and quote(manually made) which customers can accept or decline
5. automatically send a 25% invoice to customer with loss of requirements
6. automatic notification to the client via SMS a week before the event and send the music list to the musician
7. automatic sending of the final invoice and ask for review
