Wordpress plugin for our accountant.

Hello, I am looking for a developer that can develop a plugin for the accountant in wordpress. Let me explain: The account is the ''Admin'' of the website. With this permission he can see every information of the employer. Like the employers employees, name's surnames and timesheet. The employer fills in the timesheets of the employees. The accountant is able to see this and control this. The employer also has to sent important documentation such as ''Employer salary processing form'' ''A new worker form'' and personal documentation such as copy of bankcard & identification. However personal documents such as identification and bankcard should never be stored on the website/dashboard only send to the accountant as email or alternative. These files are also in the employees dashboard for proof that he send the documents the timesheets are the second important point of this system. Only the employer fills in their workers ''check-in time and checkout time'' this way our accountant is able to see how many hours a person worked in 1 week. This data is gathered for the payroll payment. Our system in steps: 1. Insight into all individual employer in their own account. 2. All forms completed via the dashboard must be sent to Admin(accountant) and a person somewhere else imagine a CC in a mail. 4. The Employer should only be able to see his own employees in Dashboard. 5. Employees must be visible under the Employer Dashboard, whereby important personal data is not visible on the site, but the name of the employee must be visible, whether he is employed or not, and whether all documents are complete. 6. Employee registrations must be sent to both Admin(Accountant & Another contact) 7. It must be possible for the employer to indicate in the dashboard that the employee is ill or has a day off. These notifications must also be saved in the dashboard. 8. Staff hours must be entered by the employer in Dashboard, they must be sent to both Admin (Accountant & another person) saved directly inside the dashboard or as form sent through email, it would be nice if this form is also stored in the customer's dashboard.
