WHMCS Module Development

I wish to create a WHMCS support module. The module should allow users to add sensitive details to support tickets in a secure manner, exactly how WHMCS do this. After ticket submission, the user should be given the option to add login details to cPanel accounts and servers. The module will ask the customer to provide root login details with SSH port, cPanel login details, .htacess file protection details. I am including the screenshots of how WHMCS do this, the module should be exactly the same. The details the customer provide should then be attached to the ticket they just created. After the ticket is closed the details should be removed. In the active ticket, there should be a button for the user to update the details supplied.
