Hi, It's actually 25 records that are the max allowed. If you search for smith for example you can see that there are more than 25 records, so none is shown. If you search for June, then you can see 5 results, BUT not all records have the fields you need (for example Major field is present only for 2 of the 5 records for name June). The only way you can get results is actually using names (it won't work with al/ala etc). As mentioned before even with a full surname like smith it won't work, since is a very common name.
