I am looking for someone with a particular set of skills. I need someone that is capable of creating a photo sharing system. If images are flagged then they need to be temporarily removed from the site with a comment. The site should have a member login. There should be a sign up section for members. The code should leave room for growth. There should be a way to share photos with particular people, groups or public. There should be a simple messaging system. If you can come up with a free to use set of disclaimers, general terms of use, and rights to use for images then that would also be great. If you have experience with image recognition software then that would be great. I would like to continue this project in the future and have suggestions on how it should be built. If you use a template the software MUST BE MIT or OTHERWISE OPENSOURCE. That is everything must be free to use, even commercially. Thank you.
