Optimize Web-Site and Review Analytics Tracking

Traffic is visiting web-site and then leaving after mere seconds Need Images and Video Clip on Web Site to be Optimized Web Site is loading slow for clients and need the Images and Video Clip to be Optimized Optimize layout for viewing across all devices This is for a WordPress site. For many years I have worked on the web-site myself and feel like the right audience is not being reached. This site that has been tracked by Google Analytics since its launch a decade ago and following the web-site update where a new site was introduced 2.5 years ago then the Google Analytics advanced tracking was placed in so the data necessary to understand where people arrive and then go throughout the site is available for review. Freelancer will go throughout each page of the website and optimize each picture and video clip so that the images and video clips retain a high-definition but that these file sizes are of a lower size to load quickly. Images and Video Clips must retain their HD quality, while also having a smaller file size that will allow for faster loading of our website. Each page contains between 4-8 images. These images and video clips were either (a) downloaded from Adobe Stock and have been uploaded in their original HD quality, or (b) were HD photos taken during events held by our Company. Once all of the images and video are optimized for viewing I would like for the Freelancer to review the site for any further issues that may include optimzation for use of the site across different devices such as an ipad or surface book. Upon acceptance of Proposal the Freelancer will be provided the log-in information to access the hosting server.
