1. Our Website which has to be worked upon - [login to view URL] 2. Scope of work - a) ERP - We need to automate the Section under link “Patients Login” & “Doctor’s Login”. Please google search “OPD Management Software system”.We need to create a OPD MS with max features on Web & Android. Please share the scope of work / features, you will cover basis the evaluation of the exiting OPD systems available on the net. b) Mobile App -Please share the features u will provide c) AMC - Required. Effective after 6 months of project handover d) Share reference existing OPD systems, which you propose to “replicate” the features 3. Pricing - Following methodology to be followed:  Define scope of work & features basis the other OPD MS available in the market.  Need to have a patient / doctor / reception/ admin panel to assign user privileges  Fixed fee payment quote for the development as per the said scope.  Payment for 3rd party softwares (eg, Plugins / SMS / Payment Gateway) extra  Annual Maintenance cost applicable after 6 months of handover extra  Continuous future development will be required. Payment - hourly basis  Give cost breakup for ERP, Mobile App & AMC separately.  Payment through the Freelancer portal only. 4. Technology Expectation:  Currently the web site uses wordpress. If you have expertise in other platforms like laravel etc, please propose. Please consider one time & software running cost while suggesting the same.  System must be usable on shared Linux/WordPress server space  Approach towards testing and improving QA  Please add your recommendations, if any. 5. Developer Selection Process:  We have internal IT policy as well to follow. Cost + Features are another 2 factors.
