I need to create a software to auto click start and stop

This software will be use on a website. There is a field on the page where it shows the account balance and start / stop button. Assuming i started with account balance 0.2345678, i want the software to click the stop button on every increase balance of 0.0001 or more (will not be exactly 0.0001). So im expecting the software to click start button on the web and stop button at 0.2346678 or more>click start button on the web and stop button at 0.2347678 or more. Keep on continue this process until i end the task. The software itself must have 4 fields, "Current Balance" where i will enter my balance, "Increasing number" which 0.0001 will be entered, "Start" which the process cycle will start, "Stop" which the process will end.
