I would like to have someone create a software that can have a data base of about 50 or more people. This software should remind us and the 50 people working under us to renew their licenses etc( about 10 items) to be renewed as and when they are due for renewal in the year. The reminder should be in form of text and email which will be automatically generated from the software before the due dates It should be manageable by us so the database and or other content can be changed by us, as and when needed.

Hi! I would be happy to work on this project for you. I understand that you want a web application where you can manager users and their login details, and they can then input their license expiry dates. X days before expiry, the software sends a notification SMS or Email to the user (if you don't have an SMS/Email gateway, I am happy to help you set this up) I am also located in Australia so communication is much easier - I can have the project finished ASAP, with a basic example to you tonight, and the full project completed tomorrow. I feel most challenge in this assignment is alerting [sms/email] so i will try to make proposal around this. Like which i implemented earlier in my project Google mail/SNMP , we will be having email /phone number details into DB. so i can check renewal date and fetch user phone number/email and send mail.
