I have been working on adding a PHP snippet that uses cURL to send an SMS to an array or users. Currently I use a Twilio PHP snippet to send a text message to $user from $users. I am trying to replace this code with some code from [login to view URL] cURL is active on my server. I just cannot place the code correctly. I am hiring you for you eye and some second hand help because I don't want to wait for answers in stack overflow.
