Help me fix a Bootstrap form looks

Hi everyone: I’m looking for someone to help me fix the aspect of a Bootstrap form. It requests an address as well as some real-estate property features (beds, baths, area, etc); and the submits to another place on my site. I already have a form that works ok and that is almost what I would like as it’s final design; but it is now horrible with controls misaligned, no spacing, etc. This form uses Google Autocomplete API to validate an address and has the necessary validations in place. I will provide the form code so that you can have it as a starting point. What I specifically need is to: a. The form must render Ok within a Wordpress site built with Elementor. b. Have the form layout and controls properly aligned, sized and spaced. c. Text within the form should be appropriately sized. d. Would like to have some labels form the checkboxes on the form’s second line e. The general structure of the code must be preserved since it is embedded on a Wordpress shortcake.
