Employee Performance Evaluation Dashboard

I'm looking for a platform with a virtual and robust dashboard to monitor and evaluate employee performance similar to [login to view URL] This dashboard should have the capability of gathering data from other sources such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Office applications. There should be tabs below to show the different dashboards for regions across our operations in the US such as Los Angeles, San Diego, Irvine, Riverside, etc... Each Service Manager will be in control of their own style and feel of their dashboard. There should also be a Dashboard for the Regional Manager and Vice President to view with totals from each regions numbers. Each Service Manager should be able to create simple pop quizzes and send them to one or multiple technicians for review.
