Classification tool for human

I need a simple two-webpages that display a set of images from a directory, one at a time and asks the user to classify it into one of two classes (normal or un-normal), and then save his response to an XML file. The first page should take the user information and same if at the top of the XML file. The second page should give the user three choices, go to the previous image to update his classification, save before ending all images and exit to continue later, or go to the next image after saving it is classification to the file. If he chose to exit and return later then the page should start from the image he stopped at.​
