Hello we need someone who is good at asterisk scripting, and php, We have our own CRM and would like to integrate certain features to it without vicidial installed it must work on freepbx We need features we can control through php scripts via AMI like : 1. adding sip users: 2. see user status 3. see Q status agents login succes rate etc like vicidial has 4. import and dial a campaign (that we have now) 5 automatic dialing for campaigns 6. option to choose ratio for active chanels like predictive dialing in vicidial 7. option when customer picks up to have a anouncemt played and maybe says press 1 for us to call you back, an then we get that value into our database 8 when customer calls back enters Q with some predefined anouncement 9. reports for agent Q etc... stats like call canter dashboards have we need that for asterisk versions 11 13 14 regards grega
