Web Developer/Designer

LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN help improve 2 sites of mine one built with Prestashop and the other built with Gripsell and posting and managing vimeo videos to site3 We are a social company ready to launch. We have a unique model that has netted several thousand opt-in users in 2 weeks without a single deal posted. Our team has a foundation in sales and marketing and fundraising. We are looking for a solid Web developer. (Gets the job done, but has fun doing it.) Initially this is a part time commitment requiring no more than 15 hours a week. We have a fully funtional site but need an expert to make it perfect. Since you'll be one of the first few employees of the company, you would receive very generous founder's equity in the company, and potential to become a Co-founder over the period. Experience with: • Front-end and back-end responsibilities • Primary emphasis on front-end development: PHP templates, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX • Secondary emphasis on PHP object-oriented programming and database access • MySQL database: programming and design • Favor individuals with a creative streak and a good eye for design quality. Experience in life and Education • We want the young hot shot looking for a chance or veteran looking for the chance to get rich on the side. • Have some type of portfolio with and understanding of e-commerce sites. Team Fit • Fast internet connection with skype access at least 5 hours for 5 days a week and prompt respond to email • Someone who is not afraid to speak there mind, but can do so with respect for others. • High energy required - must add energy to the team, not drain it. The interview will include a demo of our site with you making modifications and changes, where you’ll be asked to demonstrate your skills. Its long term work ( 1 to 3 or more years ) possibility of doing Work involves creating, but is not limited to, php mods. Must be loyal, hardworking, resourceful, and willing to work for equity in the company.
